Esta hecho de fibra cerámica refractaria con un poco de ligadura el cual es seleccionado científicamente y controlado de manera estricta. La ligadura será completamente quemada durante el uso. El producto no contiene asbestos y es material perfecto para sellar y aislar.

The Ceramic Fibre Module is made from continuous fold ceramic fibre blankets under depression. These Modules are specially design to meet or improve the thermal insulation requirements of industry furnace. There are various anchor systems. The ceramic fibre module is a new type of refractory furnace lining products aiming at simplifying and speeding up furnace construction and improving the integrity of furnace lining. This product has clean and white colour as well as formal dimension, which can be directly fixed on the anchor nail on steel plate for shell of industrial furnace with excellent refractory and insulating effect. Thus, it has improved the refractory and insulating integrity of furnace and pushed forward the progress of furnace construction technology.
INSULATING BRICK
Product Description
GMB supply different grades of insulating brick for use in applications from 1260°C to 1760°C. Each grade of brick is formulated to meet specific thermal and physical requirements. After firing, each brick is machined to close dimensional tolerances. Insulating bricks are manufactured utilizing exceptionally high purity clays and other ceramic materials. The carefully graded organics, which are used during the manufacturing process, burn out during firing to give a uniform pore structure.
